My form 1070/615 shows my retirement date of 11/19/94, however, the last ARPR form (1070/124) shows my accumulated retirement points only as of 2/23/92. How would I get an amended ARPR showing total retirement points up to my retirement date of 11/19/94? Please respond, I eligible to start receiving my retirement pay in April 2010. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

Albert,

To verify points, best to get a copy of your Annual Statement of Service History (ASOSH). Since you are retired, you will have to call the NPC PERS-912 Customer Service Desk at 1-866-827-5672 and ask for a copy of your ASOSH. This will give you the retirement point total held by the Navy by anniversary year.

I am trying to request my Cert of Eligibity for a VA Home Loan and was informed that I need to get a copy of my Annual Reserve Retirement Point Record. I completed 8 yrs in the Navy Reserves with no active duty time.

I sent in a request for all my personal files and received a cd-rom today but it did not contact any docs petaining to my retirement points.

How can I request my reservist retirement point history?

Thanks,
Monica Shields, USNR
