If you have been promoted and not yet received the “fancy” promotion certificate, here is what to do:
- E-mail Option: E-mail the cognizant code at Navy Personnel Command (NPC) in Millington -- shelly.m.hayes@navy.mil. Ensure to include you complete name, SSN, and mailing address.
- Phone in Request: You may call NPC at 901-874-4538 and they will be glad to take the information over the phone.
Once you have made your request, allow up to 3 weeks before inquiring for the second time.
