Bill Kemper, NYNM, presents graduating Midshipman James A. Gibbons of Reno, Nevada, a Naval officer’s sword on behalf of the Long Island Chapter, Association of the United States Navy. The sword is presented in recognition of Midn Gibbon’s outstanding achievements while at USMMA recognizing the fact that Midn Gibbons is entering active Naval service upon graduation.
