Alexandra loves learning. Inducted into the National Spanish Honor Society, she was also top honor roll student in her school, earning her a National Merit Commended Student. Also loving children, Alexandra became interested in psychology and will be combining the two as a pediatric neuro psychologist. Working toward this goal, she has traveled across country to Baltimore to attend Johns Hopkins University. Loving football, perhaps the Baltimore Ravens will be gaining another fan. We wish you the very best.

A second-time winner of an AUSN scholarship, Christina has been attending University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana in the General Engineering Program. She is planning a secondary field in Computer Sciences, and a minor in math. Continuing to work with children, as she did in Korea, Christina volunteers at the Crisis Nursery. She is a member of the Society of Women Engineers. We wish you continued success in your chosen fields.

Michelle is entering her sophomore year at George Washington University in the College of Engineering. She has an interest in languages and worked as an unpaid intern on the Hill. Michelle was active in Girl Scouts and high school sports. She was awarded the Congressional Gold Medal; Union League of Philadelphia's Good Citizen's Award; President's Award for Educational Excellence; and was a National Merit Scholar. When Michelle completes her Engineering Degree, she is thinking about a career in the United States Marine Corps. We wish her every success.

With an interest in Premed, Holly is attending Indiana University as a freshman. During her high school years, Holly was a member of the National Honor Society, Secretary of the Senior Class, and a volunteer in her church and community. She loves to travel and has enjoyed an astronomy class, and the NASA Space Camp for three years. Best wishes to you, Holly.

Matthew has been accepted to Wright State University and looks forward to becoming a Physician. He enjoys music, and was in the marching band in high school. Matthew volunteers with the Leo and Lions clubs in his community. We wish him every success.

Matthew has been accepted into the freshman class at Rice University. With many diverse interests, Matthew has not yet chosen his field of specialization. Boy Scouting was a big interest in his growingup period. In high school, he was a member of the marching band and was inducted into both the National Honor Society and the National Spanish Honor Society. Good luck, Matthew.

A supporter of old-fashioned values, William will be entering the college of his choice with a major in Chemistry. He was elected to the National Honor Society and the National Spanish Honor Society in high school. William has music as his favorite thing to do, playing the alto sax in a jazz band. The summer of his senior year, he worked in a biochemistry lab on drug design with peptide "warheads" for treatments of cancer and diabetes. We wish you the best.

Yohanna is a sophomore at Ithaca College, pursuing a degree in Performing Arts. The things that influenced her most in life, were being class president for three years in high school and doing serious acting for seven years. Yohanna was the recipient of the President's Scholarship from Ithaca College. These recipients have the highest academic achievements. Best wishes in achieving your goals.

With what she describes as a "lifechanging experience," Rebecca attended a Colorado State Patrol Youth Academy. Prior to this week-long course, she wanted to be a Marine Biologist. Now, Rebecca is attending Arizona State University as a freshman in the school of Criminal Justice. She is a semi-professional ballet dancer, and a skilled photographer. Rebecca was inducted into the National Honor Society and Arts Honor Society. Following in her father's footsteps, she plans on joining the fire department during college. Our best to you in your endeavors.

A second-time winner of an AUSN scholarship, Nicole continues at Northern Kentucky University in her sophomore year. As most improved rider at NKET, Nicole works with her horse, getting ready for shows when not in the classroom. Law is still a career goal, as well as having her own horse farm.
