The member may request a gift not listed that is of equal value to the award level that he or she is redeeming.

Tracking Your Points

Your listing of points including debits and credits is available at the bottom on your member profile. To access this information, log on and click on your name at the bottom of the left side of this page. Then, scroll down to the end of the page for e-sponsor information.

Redeeming Your Points

Send e-mail or letter to membership@navy-reserve.org indicating your intentions. State in the correspondence the following items.

• Number of points for redemption
• The vendor web site if applicable
• The vendor catalog or item number if applicable
• The preferred shipping address if applicable
• Comments specifically identifying your award 

You will be notified by return e-mail or letter the order number and shipping information or any other information regarding your award.
