Navy Leadership Continuum

The Navy Leadership Continuum announcement is in NAVADMIN 033/06 and 056/06. Leadership program information, both in-residence and e-learning, schedules, learning site locations and related information are accessible on Navy Knowledge Online (NKO) by clicking on the "leadership" tab after logging in. Completion of leadership training curriculuum in current paygrade is required to participate in the E-6 or E-7 advancement examination, or to be considered by the E-8 selection board.

JPME and the Navy Reserve: Update and Trends
One must look no further than the NAVADMIN message lists for a line of true bearing on Joint Professional Military Education (JPME). Since November 2004, no less than nine NAVADMINs address JPME Phase I, advanced education, or other key elements of the PME continuum approved by CNO in July 2004.

Credentialing Opportunities On-Line (COOL)

Navy COOL is a continuously developing product for both active and reserve (less IRR) Navy service members that defines civilian credentials which best map to Navy ratings, jobs, designators, and occupations or collateral duties.
