    Letter urging the Postmaster General to end an internal policy of the Citizens’ Stamp Advisory Committee (CSAC) that prevents issuing stamps in recognition of individual components within the Uniformed Services. CSAC most recently used the policy to reject a proposed stamp to honor the Japanese American (Nisei) soldiers who served on the World War II battlefields of Europe and the Pacific.
