AUSN Writes Congressional Leadership on Implementation of TRICARE Standard Access by Gray Area Retirees

NMVA, of which AUSN is a member, writes to the House and Senate leadership of the Armed Services Committees expressing concern over the lack of urgency in the implementation of "Gray Area" provisions in Public Law 111-84, Title VII, Section 705, the FY 2010 National Defense Authorization.
