A letter to Rep. Walter B. Jones (R-NC) from The Military Coalition in support of his bill to amend the current tax law waiving the recapture of a first-time homebuyer credit for a member of the Armed Forces who is forced to sell his or her residence during the 36 month period after the purchase because of deployment, a change in duty station, or orders to reside in base housing.
